If you’ve watched my Instagram stories, you know how much I LOVE this high vibe essential oil diffuser.
Over the past few years I’ve realized how important creating a morning routine is. My morning routine helps me ease into the day, set the tone for the day, get me into a high vibe mood and helps me get excited for the day ahead. It’s been life changing. Seriously.
One part of my morning routine, is turning my essential oil diffuser on. Seems pretty simple, right? I’ve realized the most life changing actions are incredibly simple. Anyways, more on that another day. Back to my diffuser – there’s something about this diffuser that instantly creates a calm vibe and is the perfect backdrop as journal. I absolutely love it.
Although I’m still learning all the benefits of essential oils, I can attest that this diffuser is pretty to look at, smells amazing and creates a calm vibe. I plan on looking into the benefits of essential oils a little more and I’ll share with you what I find out.
One thing I knew was important was to make sure I was using high quality pure essential oils. I found these that you can mix your own recipes or these for pre-mixed blends. I love that they have such variety, are made in Canada and I could grab them from the same shop as the diffuser. They offer free shipping for orders of $50+. The diffuser I chose is called the Forest Ultrasonic Diffuser. It’s a little on the higher price range ($84.95) compared to some of the other diffusers they have but I’ve been super happy with it and enjoy it daily so it’s been completely worth it. You may find one you like even better. I love the look of the wood ones!
This diffuser comes with a remote, has a light (which is the best when it’s still dark out) but can also be used without the light, and it has an auto shut-off function.
